What are your interest rates?
All four loan types (Quick Cash, Salary, Micro Business and Personal with co-maker) carry an interest rate of 5% per month, equal to 60% per year as filed in our credit and collection policy. Interest is charged on the outstanding balance at each semi-monthly payment, so it gets smaller as you pay down the loan. The calculator shows the full payment schedule.
What is the Disclosure Statement?
Under the Truth in Lending Act (RA 3765), we give you a written statement before you sign. It lists the amount financed, all finance charges and fees, the net proceeds, the payment schedule and the effective interest rate. Nothing is deducted that is not on that statement.
Do I pay anything before my loan is released?
No. You pay nothing before release. If anyone asks you to pay a "reservation", "insurance" or "processing" fee in advance, it is not CashPlus.
Can I pay off my loan early?
Yes. You can prepay part or all of your balance at any time with no prepayment penalty. You only pay interest up to the date of full payment.
How will I receive the money and how do I pay?
Proceeds are released to a bank or e-wallet account under your own name. You pay semi-monthly, every 15th and 30th, by cash at our office, salary deduction, bank transfer or e-wallet. Transfers go only to the official CashPlus accounts listed in your loan documents. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account.
Will I get a receipt for every payment?
Yes. We issue an official receipt for every payment, whether you pay in cash, by salary deduction, bank transfer or e-wallet. Keep your receipts and report any payment that is not acknowledged.
How old do I need to be to apply?
Borrowers and co-makers must be 18 to 60 years old at the time of application.
What does a co-maker do?
A co-maker signs the Personal Loan with you and agrees to pay if you cannot. Choose someone with a stable income who knows you well, and make sure they understand the commitment before they sign.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Contact us before the due date so we can discuss options. Late payment charges, if any, are stated in your Disclosure Statement. Our collection practices follow SEC rules on fair debt collection: no threats, no public shaming and no contacting people in your phone list.
